At Teasdale Teddies, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, or if you believe it to be faulty or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item, and we will assist you with a return.
To return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. If you suspect the product is defective, please inform us within the 14-day period. We take great care to ensure that all our products meet the EN71 safety standards and are hand-checked before delivery to minimise the chance of defects. Should any defect be identified upon delivery, a full refund will be issued, provided the defect is reported within the specified time frame.
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team via email at karen@teasdaleteddies.com. We will guide you through the return process. Please note that customers are responsible for organising and covering the cost of return shipping. When returning an item, ensure it is securely packed to arrive in its original state, preferably using the original packaging. Include a letter with your dispatch note that details your order number, contact information, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible, usually within five working days.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you prefer, you may request an exchange instead of a refund; please specify this when contacting us. Return delivery charges are refundable only if the goods are faulty and you are located within the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of international returns. Please also note that personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty, though this does not affect your statutory rights.
